Events for Week of 2/21/10

Here are some events that may be of interest too you for this week. If you have an event that you would like me to post I will be trying to do update the weekly events every sunday. You can either leave a comment with your event or you can email me before saturday of the week before your event. Sounds confusing I know.  Essentially for an event for this week you would have had to have emailed me yesterday. That out of the way heres some items I found interesting.

2/24 Rave Wednesday’s at Bar One41 (Free with your Texas State I.D.)

2/25 Throwback Thursdays at Bar One41(Free with your Texas State I.D.)

2/26 8:00 Band of Heathens @ Cheatham Street Warehouse (Tickets available on the Cheatham Street website)

2/26 9:30 Spank w/ Jabarvy @ Tantra (For those of you who are under 21 this is about all I could find for you. $5 cover)

2/27 10:00o  The Couch, Cactus Ranch, and Blind Pets @ Triple Crown

2/27 10:30 The Stand Outs @ Gray Horse Saloon (Another free one here!)

I have not personally been to see any of the shows for these bands but I did listen to their music before I recommended them. As for Bar One41 it’s a pretty exciting place located above Barfish and both are great places. Don’t forget to send me suggestions for next week @ Will.Burney@hotmail.com
